Finally, 10 days later, we had the second appointment. Same procedure: Log, Drop, waiting room. I ask the nurse if we could again expect a wait of 2 hours. The answer was very upbeat: No, today would be 2 doctors present, it would be very different today . To make it short, the sister was absolutely right! It went from completely different! This time we waited 2.5 hours! But it was worth it! After all, the treatment lasted for even 3 minutes.
Yesterday, we had the third of four dates. What can I say? An increase to the top is always possible, which was proved to us yesterday afternoon! The appointment was at 13.50 clock. At the series but we were actually at 17.10 clock! Only 5 minutes longer and the cleaning crew had been present for us probably swept out of the room. To prevent mistakes: I will not condemn the doctors or the nurses. What I want is to criticize the organization. It can not be that patients have to wait so long, even though they have firm dates! The pupil of my mother began to narrow again! That can not be!
